I have been the Harbormaster in the City of Annapolis for three years. Prior to this, I spent 20 years working as a Natural Resources Police Officer for Maryland. I retired at the rank of Lieutenant. At Annapolis City Dock, I manage a staff of 10 to 30 people. Some of my biggest challenges include abandoned boats and enforcement matters for live-aboard boaters. We plan, prep and carry out 9 special events per year including Blue Angels, 4th of July Fireworks, and Parade of Lights.
