I retired from Virginia Beach Fire Dept. 4 years age and became Harbor Master of Cape Charles VA. I have been on or around the water all my life with my father (Retire USCG Chief Warrant Officer 2 and fishing charter boat capt) fishing, water rescue specialist VBFD and professional charter boat capt . USCG masters doc. 100 ton unlimited coast wise license and many other related fields along the way.
Cape Charles VA is a small harbor town, it has 3 medium marinas, 2 medium commercial facilities.
